ViveRE Communities Inc, a Halifax NS based real estate acquisition and ownership company, recently acquired 51 Noel Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick. The property, a 47 unit multifamily residential development, is geared towards the over 55 year old demographic. 51 Noel is the third in a series of acquisitions by ViveRE in this development. They previously purchased 41 and 50 Noel. The development known as Village View Suites is located in the growing suburban neighbourhood of Millidgeville. The properties are in close proximity to prominent transit routes, the Saint John Regional Hospital and the UNB Saint John campus.
