Paul Moore | President
Paul has over 35 years experience in commercial real estate. His career has spanned development, property management and brokerage throughout Atlantic and Central Canada as well as New England for portfolios as large as 3 million sf. Drawing upon this experience he offers investment sales advice as well as leasing for both landlords and tenants. He also serves as the lead for the Brunswick Brokers Multifamily Investment Team.
Troy Nesbitt | Vice President
Troy is Vice President at Brunswick Brokers, leading a seasoned team of industry professionals. With over 15 years in commercial real estate, Troy has experience in all aspects of the industry including lease negotiation, acquisition and disposition, and retail development. Troy is a member of the Brunswick Brokers Multifamily Investment Team providing client relation services for the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties in Atlantic Canada.
Jessica O’Neill | Senior Advisor
Jessica has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate sector. She has a particular expertise in marketing and research as well as preparing detailed financial analysis for acquisitions and dispositions of many types of significant investment grade properties. Jessica is a member of the Brunswick Brokers Multifamily Investment Team providing underwriting services for the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties in Atlantic Canada.
